Childcare Reservations
 

• In order to have staff available, childcare reservations must be made online at least 5 business days BEFORE the event. You will receive an email from the coordinator stating that you have successfully reserved childcare.
• Emails will not be accepted after the deadline has passed. Please call the Nursery Ext (120) and leave a voicemail with complete information as requested above. Your call does NOT guarantee childcare but will be returned as soon as possible.
   

Childcare Cancellations
 

• If you no longer need our childcare services for whatever reason, please call or email the coordinator as soon as possible so that proper arrangements are made with the staff. We appreciate the same courtesy of a five day notice for cancellations.
   

Childcare Age Restrictions
 

• Childcare is provided for children under 12 years of age. We recommend that infants not be left in the nursery until they have had the proper immunizations, normally around 2 months of age.
• When approved, teens can volunteer in the nursery as assistants to the childcare staff and help with craft organization and class preparations. Please contact the coordinator if your child would like to volunteer. Parents must sign volunteers in and out.
